Thanksgiving

As you can see not much happened between Halloween and Thanksgiving. This was my first Thanksgiving in NYC. The food was delicious, as was the company, and there was plenty of wine to be drank.....along with Rock Band, the hat game and Super Mario to be played.

I had my first Thanksgiving without family; I am not having a baby to start that family.

Halloween

I went as the Sunmaid Raisin Lady to Halloween this year. It was good times in a rainy, wet back yard. I wish it wouldn't have rained, but what are you going to do.

I dressed up as the raisin lady for Halloween; I won't be taking a little raisin trick or treating soon.

Upstate Lakehouse

Ando's whole family, including me and all the girlfriends, headed to "upstate" New York for a weekend get away. It rained a lot, but we still managed to get a nice little hike in, where we got lost. And of course there was some drinking and cigar smoking.

I had a cigar and whiskey on the same night; of course there is no baby on the way.

Cincinnati Wedding

Ando and I went back to Cincinnati at the end of September for his cousin's wedding. It rained the whole day leading up the the event, but then amazingly cleared up. The wedding we a little unconventional, what with making love potion and all, and a great time. Enjoy the pictures and keep in mind the love potion has such blended ingredients as heavy cream, hot sauce, cumin and trident gum, mmmmmm!

Ando and I took a last minute trip back to Cincinnati; There isn't a last minute baby on the way.

Governors Island

During the summer months I only have to work half days on Friday so on one of those days a bunch of us took a trip out to Governors Island. We rode around on the free bikes for an hour, which I don't have any pictures of and then walked around before the rain rolled in.

Took a ferry ride over to Governors Island; I am not cooking up my own governor.
